Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. (This is essential for GMC compliance)
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@fashionaero.com with your order details to initiate the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, ship the product back to our designated warehouse. The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
